This Privacy Policy explains how Master Grade ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this site or purchase an I.O. Shen product ("the Site").
When you check out, we collect the information needed to fulfill your order: name and email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number (optional, collected at checkout). We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, general device/browser information, and approximate location, aggregated and not used to personally identify you.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code — that information goes directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection.
To process and fulfill your order, including shipping and handling; to send order confirmations and respond to customer service inquiries; and to improve the Site based on aggregate analytics.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as necessary to fulfill your order — with Stripe for payment processing, and with shipping carriers to deliver your purchase.
We retain order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
