If you're not satisfied with your I.O. Shen knife, gift set, or sharpening stone, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Item must be unused (blade uncut, edge as shipped) and in its original condition; returned in its original packaging; proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.
Email hello@mastergrade.net with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide next steps.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method through Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@mastergrade.net with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Knives showing signs of use beyond inspection — visible cutting, sharpening, or edge wear — or returned outside the 30-day window, may not be eligible for a refund. We'll always work with you in good faith on edge cases — just reach out.
