The Site sells I.O. Shen knives, gift sets, and sharpening stones. Listed prices exclude applicable tax, shipping, and handling (S&H), which are billed separately. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
We currently ship to the continental United States only (the lower 48 states — not Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories). Shipping and handling costs are billed separately from the product price and will be communicated to you after checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

I.O. Shen knives are professional-grade cutting tools with genuinely sharp edges. Handle, store, and use them as you would any sharp kitchen knife, and keep them out of reach of children.
Master Grade has manufactured hardware since 1991. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@mastergrade.net and we'll make it right.
Master Grade is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from use beyond a product's stated specifications or from misuse of the product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
